1. Agreement
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Print Works.LK website and services. By browsing the site, creating an account, submitting a quote request, or placing an order, you agree to these terms and our related policies (Privacy, Shipping, and Return).
2. Products and custom work
Product images, colours, and descriptions on the website are for guidance. Actual printed colours and finishes can vary depending on material, lighting, and print process. Custom jobs rely on the artwork and instructions you provide; you are responsible for checking spelling, layout, and approvals before production.
3. Quotes, prices, and payment
Quoted prices are based on the details you provide (quantity, size, material, finishing, delivery). Prices may change if specifications change. Orders typically proceed after payment confirmation or an agreed deposit. Unpaid or incomplete orders may be paused or cancelled.
4. Artwork and intellectual property
You confirm that you own or have permission to use all logos, images, and text you submit. You remain responsible for any copyright, trademark, or content disputes arising from your artwork. We may refuse jobs that appear illegal, harmful, or infringing.
5. Order changes and cancellations
Changes or cancellations are only possible before production begins and may not be available once materials are cut or printing has started. Contact us immediately if you need to change an order.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Print Works.LK is not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or business interruption). Our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
7. Website use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, upload malware, scrape content in an abusive way, or interfere with other users. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Disputes will first be addressed in good faith through our support team.
